Chris Benham (78*) starred in the Hawks' 50-over total of 225-8.
And Billy Taylor (3-25), Jimmy Adams (3-30) and David Griffiths(2-25) all took wickets as a Holland side including former Sussex batsman Bas Zuiderent was bowled out for 203 in 48.2 overs.
Batting at number nine on his Hampshire debut, Dominic Cork was run out for 10 and his four overs cost 25 runs.
