Shane Warne returns to his bogey ground tomorrow.
The Hampshire skipper has yet to score a run in four innings at Headingley.
In addition, he has taken just three wickets in three Tests there and his second championship appearance for Hampshire ended in a comprehensive defeat in Leeds.
But he is confident that James Bruce and Billy Taylor will thrive in the traditionally seam-friendly conditions.
Warne said: "I'll be more than happy if the quickies do the work.
"A lot depends on the overhead conditions there more than anywhere else and Darren Lehmann told me I'll be bowling my outswingers up there!"
Hampshire will take a squad of 13 to Headingley after adding the in-form Greg Lamb, as well as Shaun Udal, to the side that drew with Kent last week.
They will study the wicket before choosing between Udal and Billy Taylor, but Lamb may be preferred to Brown after top-scoring against Gloucestershire in the C & G Trophy yesterday.
