Hampshire chairman Rod Bransgrove believes he will be ready to retire within the next two years.

In the final part of a three-day special on his decade as chairman, Bransgrove discusses the future.

“There’s a job to finish,” he says. “What I thought would take maybe a bit less than ten years is now going to take 12.

“But it’s something I’m going to finish. What we’ve still yet to achieve is make sure it’s a self-sustaining business in the long term.”

Bransgrove also looks back on the highlight of his chairmanship and discusses Hampshire's plans for 2011.
