HAMPSHIRE will begin life back in the LV County Championship’s second division with a home match against Gloucestershire.

They will play all of their home games at The Rose Bowl in 2012, while the four-day game at Kent in June will be Hampshire’s first Championship match at Tunbridge Wells for 23 years.

Four of Hampshire Royals’ five FLt20 group games at the Rose Bowl will be played under floodlights, as will their opening game in the competition against Sussex at Hove on June 14.
