Totton & Eling are out to avenge their recent Southern Electric t20 Cup defeat by Alton when the sides meet in a Premier Division match at the Linden Oval tomorrow.
But the absence of influential Western Australian run-scoring batsmen Will Bosisto, who fractured his ankle at Havant last week, will be significant for Totton, leaving added pressure on skipper Dave Taylor and the in-form James Taylor to make a big score.
Ironically, Alton’s overseas all-rounder Dewayne Bowden could be ruled out as well.
He damaged a calf in Alton’s t20 cup shock at Langley Manor and, if he passes a fitness test this evening, will only play as a batsman.
