WINCHESTER City could find themselves low on strikers again for Tuesday's Southern 1 South & West trip to Andover.
Eighteen-year-old loanee Ben Wright has been recalled by Conference South strugglers Basingstoke Town, while Ian Mancey faces an initial one-match ban for picking up two yellow cards in the recent 7-0 thrashing at Bashley.
There may be worse to come for Mancey, however. The towering striker could find himself in the dog house with the football authorities after an extraordinary incident at Bashley where he allegedly raised a fist towards referee Tim Ingram.
Mancey's actions have been condemned by fans of both clubs on their respective websites, but it remains to be seen how hard the Football Association will come down on him.
