WESSEX heroes AFC Totton want to see Wembley awash with blue and white - and even shocking pink - replica shirts on FA Vase final day.
To help them achieve that goal, they have enlisted the help of their shirt sponsors, Portswood-based sportswear suppliers, Zoneday, run by Havant management duo Shaun Gale and Ian Baird.
For a limited period fans can buy a special commemorative shirt emblazoned with AFC Totton FA Vase Wembley Finalists, 13th May 2007' on the front and featuring the club's Stags' nickname on the back tail.
Gale, assistant manager Baird at Conference South outfit Havant, said: "It's a massive achievement for a local club to be going to Wembley and Totton want to see as many people wearing replica shirts as possible. If we can sell at least a 1,000 of them, it would a fantastic boost for Totton".
Although the majority of the shirts come in Totton's traditional blue and white, there are a limited number of the popular pink shirts available.
The Stags will be wearing blue against Truro City on May 13, but will warm up in the bright pink that served them so well in their memorable semi-final, second leg triumph at Billingham, where Stuart Ritchie's heroes won a dramatic penalty shoot-out.
"You've got to have a bit of bottle to go to a place like Middlesbrough wearing a kit like that!" laughed Stags' assistant manager Sean New. "But the guys love the pink kit, even though we get a lot of stick wherever we go!"
There are long and short-sleeved shirts available in sizes ranging from XXS to XXL, priced £22 for children's shirts and £25 for adults.
To order your Totton commemorative replica shirt phone Zoneday on 023 8067 6962 or email them at favasefinal@zoneday.co.uk.
Wembley tickets (£10/£15 adults, £5 under-16s), coach seats (£15 per person) and merchandise will be on sale at Totton's Testwood Park clubhouse this Saturday (April 21, 9am-5pm) and from Monday to Saturday next week (April 23-28).
