CHELSEA have agreed to help out AFC Totton ahead of the latter's FA Vase final appearance at Wembley on Sunday, May 13.
The Stags will travel up to London the day before and train at Chelsea's Cobham headquarters in the afternoon.
Totton have been granted access to the facilities thanks to Blues reserve team manager Brendan Rodgers.
As reported in the Echo last week, Rodgers is a former Newport IoW colleague of Totton boss Stuart Ritchie.
Desperate attempts, going on for a fortnight, to contact Rodgers had all failed until the Irishman contacted Ritchie late last week.
"We've spent hours trying to get hold of Brendan, but he had a long chat with Stuart and he's happy to help us," said Totton assistant boss Sean New. "It's the final piece of our jigsaw."
