QK Southampton are on the hunt for a new manager ahead of next season.
Popular boss Mark Sainsbury is set to step down at the end of the current Hampshire Premier League campaign after three years at the helm.
Subsequently, the Redbridge Lane side are looking for a "new management team" to join as Sainsbury exits.
“We’re looking for a smooth transition between the current management team, who are stepping down at the end of the season, and a new management team that want to take over at the end of the season,” said secretary Don Campbell.
“We’re hoping that will enable them to have a good opportunity for them to attract players during the early summer months.
“We want someone who is able to step in as soon as the other manager steps down. That could be at the end of May, middle of May or the end April.
“There’s no way this manager will be replaced if we could keep him, but he’s showing an indication that he’s stepping down at the end of the season.
“Therefore we wanted to do something on a good timeline which will give the other manager an opportunity to come in and get new players in time.”
The Lordshill Recreation Ground side want someone who has "experience and knowledge" of the local football scene.
“We want a person with lots of contacts,” Campbell said. “There will definitely be a need to bring some players in.
“They must have experience and knowledge within the local football community, and has a whole range of contacts.”
“We don’t mind fresh ideas, but we want that continuity, which will enable the continued growth of the club," he added.
“It’s a club that people want to come and play for and we want to continue that.”
Applications should be made to club secretary Don Campbell at doncampbell@qksouthampton.freeserve.co.uk before or on the 21 February deadline.
