CHAMPIONS elect Bush Hill have one hand firmly on the Hampshire Premier League championship trophy after winning 2-1 at Colden Common tonight.
They now need a maximum of just four points from their last six outings .
Goals in each half from Martyn Randall and Cain Prentice lifted Bush onto 58 points at the top of the table.
That's ten points clear of nearest challengers Liphook United and Hayling United who, with three games each remaining, can no longer catch Eugene McManus's team.
That just leaves fifth-placed Fleetlands, who won 1-0 at Bush Hill last month, as the only team with an outside chance of denying them the title.
However, it's only a mathematical chance in reality as the 'Coptermen need to win all their last seven games without Bush Hill securing another solitary victory.
Bush Hill host Clanfield at Mansel Park on Saturday (3pm).
