GOALKEEPER Stuart Searle is leaving non-League Basingstoke Town - to take up a full-time contract with Premiership giants Chelsea!
The 28-year-old shot-stopper was Town's first choice keeper last season and one of the heroes of the memorable FA Cup run that peaked with victory against Chesterfield.
Now, incredibly, he will be turning out for Chelsea reserves and providing goalkeeping back-up at a club that boasts Petr Cech and Carlo Cudicini as their top two.
