Salisbury City's experimental mix of non-pros, trialists and youth team graduates fought out a 2-2 friendly draw at Gloucester City last night.
Trailing to an eigth-minute Jody Taylor goal, Whites hit back with an Aaron Cook penalty awarded for a foul on striker Paul Sales, who later turned on sixpence to make it 2-1 with a sweet strike just after the hour.
Four minutes from time Scott Griffin equalised with a free-kick past former MK Dons keeper Ryan Flood.
Flood was one of several Salisbury trialists along with ex-Brentford defender Warren Howes, SKY Football Icon runner-up Stuart Gates from Hamble ASSC, ex-Swindon and Chippenham midfielder Ian Herring and former Saints Academy striker Shea Saunders.
