The Alan Ball Golf Classic (formerly the Mike Osman Golf Classic) takes place on Sunday, September 23 at Cams Hall Estate, Fareham with a gala dinner at the Portsmouth Marriott Hotel.
Teams of local businesses and celebrities including Iwan Thomas, Paul Jones and Jason Dodd will be playing golf to raise money for two local charities: the Wessex Children's Heart Circle and The Elizabeth Foundation.
The event raises money to take terminally ill and handicapped children from these charities on the trip of a lifetime to EuroDisney.
The golf day has been renamed in memory of the late Alan Ball, who supported this charity golf event for many years and there are still a number of vacancies for teams to enter the golf day and places at the gala dinner.
Team entry to the golf day costs £545: three players join a celebrity for the golf to make a team of four. The price includes breakfast, entry to the golf and tickets for the gala dinner.
Several competitions will take place with prizes for events including nearest the pin and best team.
Dinner tickets alone cost £45 or £400 for a table of ten.
