Salisbury City boss Nick Holmes has won the Blue Square "Manager of the Month" award for August.
The ex-Saints starguided his newly promoted team to three wins and two draws in their debut Conference Premier season after two successive promotions.
City averaged two goals per game as they registered wins against established Premier sides Ebbsfleet United, Crawley Town and Woking.
The award was judged by a panel of experts including Setanta commentator Paul Parker.
Parker said: "Salisbury surprised a lot of people with their fantastic start to the season, they have shown that they can cope with the step up to this level".
In the Blue Square South, the award goes to Bath City manager John Relish.
Bath went on a run of four wins without conceding a single goal - including a 2-0 win at home to Eastleigh - after opening the season with a 1-1 draw at Bromley.
