Portsmouth Football Club have announced they are hoping to build a new training ground in Lee-on-the-Solent.
It comes months after the club's plans to build one in Titchfield were thrown out by Fareham Borough Council.
The new 35 acre site comes under Gosport Borough Council, and is located at Cherque Farm, next to the planned Alver Valley Country Park.
The proposals include 10 full-size pitches, two mini pitches, a three-quarter size pitch and an 18,000sq ft building housing changing rooms and other facilities.
Currently the team use just two pitches at the Wellington Sports Ground near Stoneham Lane in Eastleigh.
Pompey have been trying to find a new training ground for some time, as well as repeated attempts to find a location for a new stadium.
