EASTLEIGH have confirmed their new line-up as a limited company.
The Conference South side signed papers to formally become a limited company on Monday and from now on EFC Ltd takes over responsibility for the running and management of the club.
The club's new equity directors were confirmed as previously announced Paul Murray, David Malone, Andy Doswell, Darren Ridge, Chris Evans and team manager Paul Doswell, left.
The AGM on Monday also elected a new management committee comprising: Paul Murray as chairman, Mick Geddes as vice-chairman, Alan Williams as treasurer, John Dunn as general secretary, Ray Murphy as match secretary and Rob Castle as match treasurer.
In addition, Pat Mallon, Stuart Dunn, Ian Knight, Wayne Mew and Mike Denning were elected as members of the management committee, with Roland Cant and Jeff Fenna co-opted as members.
The meeting also honoured Derik Brooks as life president in recognition of his 60 years service to the club. Clive Wilson was also elected as a life vice-president for his unstinting support more than ten years at the club.
Derik Brooks, Mick Geddes, Alan Williams, John Dunn and Roland Cant were invited onto the board of directors of EFC Ltd at the management committee meeting following the AGM.
Paul Doswell said: "These are exciting times.
"We have spent £100,000 during the summer."
