FORMER Totton & Eling striker Craig Feeney began his Blackfield & Langley career by scoring on his debut at the weekend.
Feeney was on target as the reigning Sydenhams Wessex League champions defeated visiting Combined Counties League side Hartley Wintney 4-2.
Now under the managership of Glenn Burnett, Blackfield also netted through Martin Warren, Maurice Stuart and Neil Williams.
Alresford Town, runners-up to Blackfield in the Wessex last season, started their pre season campaign by thrashing Sussex Leaguers East Preston 7-2 at Perins School.
Zach Glasspool and Suhael Odeh both scored twice with Warren Bentley, under-18 player Lewis Bridge and debutant Steve Brown also on target.
Seun Olabiyi scored twice as Wessex Leaguers Hythe & Dibden defeated Hampshire Leaguers AFC Stoneham 3-1. Sean Stoner also scored.
Wessex Leaguers Petersfield won 4-3 at Hampshire Premier champions Locks Heath thanks to goals from Ben Crawford, Callum Coker, Jack James and Steve Cammack.
Former Sholing striker Warre Hunt was among the goals as Moneyfields drew 2-2 at home to Farnham Town. Hunt also missed a penalty.
An Elliot Richards goal gave Romsey Town a 1-1 draw at Otterbourne.
Horndean gave Clanfield more than a helping hand in their friendly.
Wessex League Horndean led 4-1 with 15 minutes remaining thanks to goals from Lenny Burned (2), Jake Burden and Nathan Paxton.
But Hampshire Premier League side Clanfield hit back to win 5-4 with three of their goals scored by Horndean players!
Horndean Reserves also lost 5-4 to Clanfield Reserves.
They were 0-4 down before hitting back to level.
