Salisbury will be away to Highworth Town in the FA Vase third round.
Salisbury will play another of last season's FA Vase semi-finalists in the third round, following their 4-0 win over AFC St Austell on Saturday.
Steve Claridge's side will make the trip to north Wiltshire to play Highworth Town on December 12.
Moneyfields host Brimscombe & Thrupp, while Newport (IoW) travel to Wessex One outfit Tadley Calleva.
Winners of the third-round ties receive £1,300 in prize money.
