Liverpool's Southampton-born striker Danny Ings will miss Saints' visit next week and the rest of the season after suffering a knee injury in training.
Ings, from Netley Abbey, twisted the knee during his first training session with Jürgen Klopp in charge and ruptured an anterior cruciate ligament.
The 23 year-old will be out for at least six months, effectively ending his Euro 2016 hopes.
