Scott Wallis success in Optimists
ROMSEY youngster Scott Wallis scooped second place narrowly missing out on victory at a major sailing competition.
The 14-year-old from Spinnaker Sailing Club was lying equal first with Arran Holman going into the final race of the Optimist class Volvo Musto Inland Championships held at Graftam Water but was pipped at the post.
He will now go on to represent Great Britain at the World Championships in Malaysia.
