SOUTHAMPTON superyacht ICAP Leopard is on track to beat the transatlantic speed record after five days at sea.
The 100ft yacht owned by business mogul Mike Slade set sail from New York destined for Lizard Point in Cornwall on Saturday.
The yacht, based at Ocean Village, needs to cross the finish line before 1.37pm on Saturday to break the current record held by Mari Cha IV of six days, 17 hours and 52 minutes.
