A HAMPSHIRE television presenter proved she had sea legs when she took on the latest craze of hydrazorbing.
Meridian anchorwoman Amanda Piper braved the blustery weather to have a crack at the sport, which involves walking on water' inside a giant inflatable ball.
Amanda was joined on the water by legendary presenter Fred Dinenage for a head-to-head race in the huge, waterborne hamster wheels.
But it wasn't to be, as no sooner had the whistle sounded than Fred leapt from inside the hydrazorb, swapping places with a much younger, fitter and quicker equivalent.
Amanda was left tired and flagging as the young impostor stormed past her to the finish line.
The cheeky move resulted in Fred being sent off the course with a red card.
The wacky craze of hydrazorbing evolved from the landbased version zorbing, in which thrill seekers throw themselves down hills in the inflatable balls.
This year's boat show is the first to feature the hydrazorbs, which are sponsored by tyre manufacturer Goodyear.
Participants are asked to donate £10 to have a go, with all proceeds being donated to the RNLI
