The H2Office, a floating 9m by 3m office, can be docked in a marina and could be yours for £60,000.
The vessel, two-and-a-half years in the making, is based in Cardiff and according to sales director Steve Evans is one of a kind.
It is able to provide electricity, a telephone line, internet, lounge space and desk space.
