I HAVE objected to the proposals for the placing of a Domino’s Pizza in place of The Imperial Garden Chinese in Stubbington village centre and have contacted my councillors and the company.
It is absolutely typical that residents once again are completely illinformed of proposals for our village. Unless you are proactive and constantly reviewing planning applications on their website, it is impossible to hold these people to account.
To ignore 44 objections to one in favour makes it abundantly clear that Fareham Borough Council does not care about the views of residents.
This is an appalling proposal. We do not need another Domino’s in the area. It greatly changes the character of the village and the premises will no longer be in keeping with the traditional village.
Shame on Fareham Borough Council.
