I WAS horrified to read of the behaviour of the so-called "animal welfare charity'' the Labradors Lifeline Trust.
This is not the action of an animal welfare group, but of a bunch of vigilante breed enthusiasts. Interesting to note they don't deal with less than half-breed - such riff-raff are not worth their attention apparently.
I can't wait for the uproar when they confiscate someone's guide dog, on the grounds that no blind person can possible look after a dog properly. At least, not one of their hallowed breed.
Without any authority or proper investigation, the LLT has abducted poor Lunar, thinking nothing of hurting her in the process, and given her owner no opportunity for appeal. Is this legal? Are they above the law?
What they have done is theft and the police should treat it as such.
