LIBERAL Democrat Councillor David Harrison (letter 24 November) now poses as an expert on the Iraq war. He makes critical remarks with the benefit of hindsight of the stance taken by other political parties, but manages only to fall flat on his face.
Has Mr Harrison forgotten that Lib Dem leader Sir Ming Campbell, backed the Labour government's dodgy dossier', telling Parliament of Saddam: He most certainly has chemical and biological weapons and is working towards a nuclear capability'?
