THANK you for publishing my original letter regarding the safety lighting on Shirley Towers. I was roused at the reply from the city council regarding the problem with repairs, you will be pleased to know one light appeared the day after you published my short letter.
You will be interested to be informed that one of the lights was being repaired, now there is no light showing, which meant one light lasted just over one week.
I am really surprised that the city council does not seem to be alive to the obvious dangers.
