I am the 'dog sitter' who looked after Alexandra's old dog Goldie mentioned in your letters page and I have known Alexandra for over ten years and she and Lunar are inseparable.
I notice in your paper that D.Conlon from Chichester wrote a letter. She is entitled to her opinion, stating that the Labrador Lifeline Trust have been condemned by your readers and they should be innocent until proven guilty and readers should not judge them.
However, please note that Major Hughes was judged and condemned by them and found guilty and knew nothing about a trial before Lunar was forcibly removed and is not allowed any appeal or defence.
I am glad that D.Conlon is happy with her LLT dog and so was Alexandra before Lunar was seized without warning and justification.
