ANOTHER child has died crossing a road while wearing earphones.
Surely it is about time there is a law banning earphones when cycling, walking or running.
How many more fatalities will there be before the dangers are recognised?
Also remember the driver of the other vehicle, the poor driver who is not always to blame, but still has it in his memory for the rest of his life.
And at the inquest the coroner will again say those famous words: We have learned a lesson from this.
The point is, we do not learn a lesson, we just carry on. Wake up parents: what is your child wearing or doing today?
