I COMPLETELY disagree with Sam Snook of Eastleigh (Letters, July 3).
I think UKIP leader Nigel Farage gives excellent value for money, exposing the lies, corruption and anti-democratic chicanery of the European Union.
Were it not for Mr Farage and UKIP, there is no way that David Cameron would have had to promise a referendum on EU membership.
As for tut-tutting about “shots of UKIP MEPs boozing in a pub”... there is something refreshingly unpretentious about politicians being seen doing what most of us do as well! Or is Mr Snook a militant member of the Temperance League?
