AFTER reading, hearing and the complaints regarding the NHS may I take this opportunity to put pen to paper, to thank the fantastic staff in the Intensive Care, High Dependency Unit, and finally the kindness and great care shown in Ward F5 at Southampton General Hospital.
It would be unfair to mention any names, because from the tea lady to the surgeon who saved my life, the kindness and care shown to me was magnificent.
Once again thank you for saving my life, your kindness and your care.
Southampton think yourself lucky!!
