SOME Southampton city councillors have over the past helped, even encouraged residents suffering from parking problems to introduce “Resident Permit Zones”.
They were sincerely trying to help that parking difficulty with some of us innocently not knowing that Labour had intentions to make residents pay £30 a year for that privilege.
And who knows what future increases are in the pipeline?
COUNCILLOR DON THOMAS, Councillors Against the Cuts Coxford, Southampton.
