I FEEL I had to write to express my utter dismay at the awful display of festive or should I say lack of festive decorations in WestQuay. I, along with thousands of others, was more than disappointed at the pathetic show.
On my first day of Christmas shopping I turned around without purchasing a single item. The Mall Marlands, however, more than made up for my WestQuay experience. Full marks, Marlands, for really making the effort and putting smiles on the faces of young and old.
I would like to tell the powers that be in WestQuay there are plenty of other cities and towns that can offer far more Christmas cheer and that's where I will be shopping.
It seems to me that as long as the cash is going in the till, why bother making the effort for the public.
One very disappointed Christmas shopper.
