IS the Royal Hampshire County Hospital at Winchester closing? This is the question on everyone's lips as even more staff are made redundant.
Not only that, but three busy wards have been closed and another two are due for closure shortly.
The argument over Agenda for Change is still going on, although said to be otherwise.
The hospital is having to sell off a lot of its ground, but may eventually be left with an A&E department and a few overspill wards like so many other NHS hospitals through out the UK.
