I HEARD on TV the other day a man saying he didn’t feel English anymore.
What a statement to make, living in a country which appears to appeal to many other people, due to the security of living we have.
Of course, he might feel swamped by the millions of uninvited living among us, this of course, encouraged by the last Labour government. So, in the light of coming elections, one might be tempted to change ships.
Take the Liberal fiasco against Nigel Farage and the unfavourable media attention on both Tory and Labour politicians, it is always easy to sling mud at all parties, including UKIP.
I think voters should take courage and vote as their consciences think fit, and never be afraid of change.
Me, I’m English born and bred, I don’t wish to become a Euromongrel and be dictated to by a foreign power not elected by me.
If the Euro politicians are easily corrupted as our own Parliament, I fear for the future. If such time as a referendum is offered and the outcome goes against change, I suggest we will have no use for Parliament or the House of Lords, they will definitely be redundant.
