I WANTED to express my gratitude for a local tradesman – Mr John Russell.

I live in Woolston, Southampton, and a few months ago, I asked him to carry out some repairs to my ageing property.

Since then, I have been unable to manage my property by myself and he has, on numerous occasions, stepped in to help.

Not only has he done an outstanding job everytime he has helped, but he has made my life so much easier.

These days, with TV programmes highlighting less than reputable tradesmen, it’s a real breath of fresh air to find a local tradesman who provides such a genuine and reliable service.
