MY income fell in 1997 when I became a single woman again for the first time in 30 years and I was left with no pension when I turned 60.
Too many of us pensioners have nothing to fall back on in our time of need.
There are massive shortcomings in the nation's health care schemes, because of ageing and poverty many pensioners are at risk of neglect.
We are indeed an ageing and ageist society, toward pensioners.
The political act needs clearing up and fast tracked where pensioners are concerned.
We have suffered years of neglect to our health care.
