Can anyone help me in my search for ex-neighbour?

The archivist at the Civic Centre suggested I contact the Daily Echo.
I have searched in vain for years to find my ex-neighbour Mrs Jane McDougal. I lived at 35 Orchards Way until 2001.
If any of your readers know her address I understand they may not be able to give it to me, but could they give her mine – 73 Clovelly Road is owned by the local postmaster and anything sent there will always reach me wherever I am.
I am desperate to contact Jane before it is too late – she is 80 now.
