RE the NHS strike – here we go again. Another load of middle paid workers on strike for more money saying that they cannot afford fuel, food, bills etc.
What about the low paid workers on the minimum wage, care workers, security officers who cannot strike? What about these people who have to choose whether to pay for food or pay the bills, and can not afford to run a car?
They have not got a union behind them to go on strike, they have got to put up with it and struggle on.
If you do not like it that you are not getting a pay rise then look for another job. That is the answer that the lower paid workers would be told – if you do not like it there is the door.
So just take a minute and think what you have and be grateful for what you have got.
