I NOTE that suburb toilets are to be closed.
In the city, West Quay, I know there are large queues for the toilets but what happens when the West Quay closes?
What happens for tourists as there appears to be no signage? In the past, people who urinated in public areas were charged and fined. Does this apply if there are no public toilets?
