I WAS interested to read (Daily Echo, April 17) that the old Tyrrell & Green building is to become an arts complex, plus flats.
Is there a model of this to see? I hope they don't think of intruding onto the parks or tennis courts because the late Elsie Sandell fought a previous application and won the day against the mighty Tyrrells.
I would like to know about the 116 parking places which I presume are for the residents of the 268 apartments. On which floor will they be situated?
I would like to remind the council planners that we still remember Elsie Sandell.
