On taking my father-in-lawto the Royal South Hants hospital for an appointment, we struggled to find a parking space.
When we eventually parked up I was disgusted to see a shiny, silver 4x4 parked on purpose in the middle of two parking spaces.
This trick is often used by people who want to avoid other cars parking so close and therefore possibly damaging their car.
I feel that deploying this tactic in a hospital car park where spaces are limited is dispicable and I only hope that the hospital has the power to clamp or fine these very selfish people.
I don't imagine for one moment that this person paid for two spaces!
