MY wife and I are ardent readers of the Daily Echo's letters pages.
It was no surprise when on May 22 my wife said "Oh no, she's at it again!'' It was about a certain lady from Lymington.
As usual it was her usual balderdash. To say that Tony Blair is a hypocrite and should be locked in the Tower is about as despicable as one could get.
These views are usually reserved for your neighbour's ears over the garden wall. I suspect that she has a political motive for saying such utter rubbish.
You have to be thankful, Teresa Rumsey, that you can say these unfair diatribes in a democratic country. In a totalitarian state someone would probably be calling late at night to lock you up.
One wonders who will be the next victim Mrs Rumsey will cast her venom on. Will it be Gordon Brown, Mickey Mouse or even Donald Duck?
