REGARDING your article on missed doctors/hospital appointments, are these surgeries aware of the problems trying to liaise with them?

The phones just ring endlessly at all times of day whether trying to book or cancel an appointment. People get frustrated and just don't bother keep on trying. The hospital system is just the same phone rings constantly. Before the surgeries start to name and shame they need to sort some system for patients to contact them easier.
