MY son has been a pupil at Fairisle Nursery for the last two years and is now leaving to go to reception at Oakwood School.
I commend the team at Fairisle for their dedication, commitment and excellent provision of education to the children of Lordshill.
My son has been immensely happy there and has learned a huge amount in relation to reading, writing and social skills. The only tears ever shed have been when he couldn't attend due to illness!
He has severe egg and nut allergies and carries an EpiPen, a device to deliver medication to treat anaphylactic shock. This was a huge anxiety for me but has been handled with sensitivity, empathy and immense professionalism for which I will always be greatful.
Mrs Flood and Mrs Blatchford will remain in Tom's heart forever as the ladies who replaced mummy as the most perfect person in the world!
