I DON'T know what all the fuss is with fortnightly alternate collections. We have had it in Eastleigh for many years and without any problems. All you have to do is wrap your waste properly and not create so much of it.
This simple step could save Southampton residents a hike in council tax. It is also much more hygienic in general.
