At World Cancer Research Fund we want to get the message across that cancer is largely preventable, and that up to 40 per cent of cancers could be prevented by eating healthily, being physically active and maintaining a healthy weight.
To help us do this, we are giving away thousands of booklets and leaflets on a range of subjects, from cookbooks of tasty and healthy recipes to publications looking at particular types of cancer.
They all promote the same message - that by making small changes to our lifestyle, we can make a big difference to our chance of developing cancer.
You can order up to six of the publications free by calling 020 7343 4205. They can visit www.wcrf-uk.org/publications to find out details of the publications we offer, or else specify what sort of publications they would like to receive and our team will select the most suitable ones.
