My house has no real value until I die. I spent most of my life paying for it with taxable income.
My son who lives with me will have to sell it to pay the tax, as I have little cash assets. The same applies to sisters, friends, and couples living together (unless you are in a gay relationship). It's unfair. The very rich can take avoidance schemes.
