GIVEN the ever increasing stress caused to drivers travelling to and from work within the city, I am wondering if female drivers who may be in their later stages of pregnancy experience any physical discomfort when confronted with slow moving traffic queues.

A driver sitting in the L position will be using leg and foot movements more frequently while in a queue and this can act as an additional trauma stimulant. It would be interesting if any reader who is pregnant and drives to work has suffered trauma.

Perhaps they could ask their GP whether prolonged sitting in the L position while driving might be damaging to their unborn child.
