I WAS brought up in Millbrook, and have over the last five years seen a real decline in our roads and pavements. It does not have to be like this and Millbrook deserves better, It is all about priorities. Whether it be a Lib Dem, or a Tory council neither of which has taken this issue seriously. It is time the city council had a policy of worst first which only Labour is proposing.
